Today I am going to be talking about how you can get soft lips at home .Lips are the only organ of your body which has no oil glands and that’s the reason your lips get very dry there can be many other reasons too like genetics ,climate ,hormones etc etc Dos for soft lips -. 1. Drink lots of water to keep yourself hydrated 😋.
2. Apply lip balm which is fragrance free and does not contain any synthetic dyes use it at least 5 -6 times a day 😉😊
3.apply a nourishing lip cream before going to bed like Brooline or Vaseline😃😃
.4. exfoliate your lips at least 3 times a week using a soft toothbrush .
. Donts for soft lips -. 1. Wear matte lipsticks
2.lick ,peel or smack your lips ( NO ,NO ,No). Following all these things will always keep your lips soft and smooth 😍😘

Basic summer skin care routine everyone should follow..
Skin type -normal,warm undertones
Steps of skin care during summer-
Cleansing -we should wash our face at least 2 times everyday (morning and night)using a suitable face wash (avoid soaps as they contain harsh chemicals)
• Oily skin – patanjali neem tulsi face wash or clean and clear face wash
• Dry skin – dove moisture rescue face wash or everyouth cream face wash.
• Normal skin -patanjali orange honey face wash or Himalaya cucumber face wash.
Exfoliating – its important to exfoliat to remove dead skin cells and blackheads and whiteheads you can exfoliate using face scrubs like patanjali apricot face scrub or everyouth walnut scrub ….do not scrub more than 3 times a week .scrub only 2-3 times a week depending on your skin people with dry skin should not scrub more than 2 times a week.you can also exfoliat using homemade scrubs like lemon and sugar (oily skin) or honey and sugar (dry skin)
Tone -after washing your face Tone your skin using toners like lotus cucumber toner or rose water is also a very good toner for all skin types.
Moisturise – its major step of all even if it’s summers or winter.
• Oily skin- neutrogena oil free moisture or clean and clear oil free moisturiser
• Dry skin – nivea creme or ponds cold creme
• Normal skin – nivea soft creme or lotus creme
Protect – either cover your whole face and body using full sleeve clothes and scarf or apply sunscreen with at least SPF 30 when you are outside
• Oily skin – aroma magic carrot sunscreen or vlcc sunscreen
• Dry skin -patanjali sunscreen SPF 30
• Normal skin – lotus sunscreen or biotique sunscreen
(these are just the cheap and best options I could find if you want you can definitely use other products from other companies as well)love you all😍😘😘

so, now let’s see some Awesome ways to take a chill pill and relax -. 1. Listen to music – music ya music it really helps in calming you and it’s very soothing for your brain and nerves as well 😎 Katy Perry ,Taylor Swift and Shawn mendes ❤❤ 2.have a long lavender bath – lavender helps in relaxing you and only it refreshes you up that’s the best thing to do after a long freaking day ! 3. Dance – dancing is a great exercise it also helps in boosting your mind also you will feel much happier after it just move that booty and dance 👅😉😉
4. Aroma magic 🙋💆👼 – aromas have been used since the olden ancient times they have always been very relaxing to all so you can just light candles with essential oils like rose, lemon etc and trust me it really works like magic 💖
5. Screens off and off to sleep 💆👦- turn off your laptop and switch off your mobile take a small break from this world and have a nice long nap of at least 40 minutes you will wake up feeling active and happy !!😊
